Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated full & part time Armed Security Officer to join our team.

Available shifts include:

0800-1600 and 1600-0000 hrs. are available. Weekends and holidays are required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel in a gated community. We service several communities in the Mt Pocono, and Stillwater areas and are seeking qualified candidate to fulfill openings.

Duties:

• Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect potential security risks
• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
• Enforce site-specific security protocols
• Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly
• Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Certification in armed security with a PA PSP Act 235 License
• 21 years of age or older due to contractual requirements
• Proficiency in conflict management techniques
• Experience in surveillance operations
• Knowledge of law enforcement procedures
