Full Time Pay Rate:
$15.90 / Hour Security Experience (C115): Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant security experience. This includes, but is not limited to, roles in security management, loss prevention, or related fields. Candidates should provide documentation or references to verify their experience. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes familiarity with basic software applications, internet navigation, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Candidates may be required to complete a skills assessment during the interview process. Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. This experience should highlight the candidate's ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional service to clients or customers. References or examples of past customer service roles may be requested.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing access badges, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity. Document daily activities, incidents, access-control concerns, and shift handoffs through accurate reports and communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
