We're hiring a Full-Time Third Shift Security Officer for a client in Pottstown, PA that provides important services to an underserved population. This is more than a typical security position. You'll work closely with the client's staff to help maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for the people they serve. What You'll Do Your primary focus will be exterior patrols, observation, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting regular exterior patrols of the property, grounds, parking areas, and designated areas. Maintaining a visible security presence. Working in pairs as required by site procedures. Supporting the client's staff during challenging or difficult situations. Responding appropriately to disturbances, security concerns, and other incidents. Observing and reporting unusual or potentially unsafe activity. Helping maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Communicating clearly with client personnel and your security team. Completing accurate activity logs and incident reports. Following site-specific post orders, procedures, and client requirements. Obtaining and maintaining required certifications and clearances. Who We're Looking For This position requires more than security experience. The people you encounter may be experiencing difficult circumstances, so empathy, patience, and strong communication skills are essential.

Calm and professional under pressure. Comfortable handling difficult or unpredictable situations. Empathetic and respectful toward the population being served. A strong communicator and active listener. Comfortable working closely with a partner and supporting client staff. Alert, observant, dependable, and punctual. Comfortable conducting exterior patrols. Able to follow procedures while using good judgment when situations change. Willing to complete required site training. Security experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter just as much. Required Site Certification Employees must be willing to obtain Phazzer non-lethal CEW certification as required by the site. Training and certification must be completed to meet site requirements for assigned shifts.
