Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Temple, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors. This primarily driving role requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and embody Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site leadership and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter. Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, helping to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities according to site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
