Wednesday- Sunday Lobby / Lot Patrol 10:45 PM
- 7:00 AM Saturday & Sunday Rover 6:45 AM
- 3:00 PM Saturday & Sunday Lobby Officer 6:45 AM
- 3:00 PM Friday & Saturday Lot Patrol 2:45 PM
- 11:00 PM Essential Job Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols Provide professional, customer-focused service in a forward-facing environment Engage in one-on-one interactions with visitors, employees, and clients while enforcing site policies Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity Demonstrate keen observation skills and situational awareness at all times Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals Maintain steady movement throughout shift, including foot patrols and monitoring assigned areas Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation and means of communication Basic to intermediate computer skills Strong customer service mindset with professional appearance and demeanor Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions Must meet all preemployment requirements Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred; must be willing and able to obtain certification if not currently certified.
