WORK SCHEDULE
SUN-MON Off / TUE-SAT 3pm-12am
SALARY:
$19.14/hr. The 3rd shift Security Guard is responsible for working with the security team to provide a safe and secure living and working environment for staff and students ages 16-24. This position oversees security details and uses proper judgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues and concerns. Conducts investigations of accidents and incidents with the goal of resolution and reduction of future occurrences.

EMPLOYMENT AT EXETER JOB CORPS
Employment at Exeter Job Corps is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, professional reference check and motor vehicle record check. Here is the schedule for this role: Sunday-Monday 11:30pm-8:30am / Tuesday - Wednesday OFF / Thursday-Friday-Saturday 11:30pm-8:30am
Job Responsibilities:
Helps maintain a safe and secure environment on center Complies with DOL/Company reporting requirements Compiles, analyzes and summarizes safety/security data and takes appropriate actions to resolve issues and concerns Coordinates staff coverage to ensure student areas are supervised Helps conduct and document Center-wide safety and accident prevention training Conducts and documents incident and accident investigations per established timelines and requirements Conducts routine safety inspections and assessments of all Center equipment and facilities to identify potential safety and security hazards Responsible for Center security, visitor control and student accountability Other duties as assigned Must be 21 years or older to apply High School Diploma or equivalent required A minimum of one year military, law enforcement, or security experience required A valid driver's license required - applicant must have a relatively clean driving record to meet Company's insurability requirements Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
