Schedule We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

Evening Shift:

6:00 PM - 12:00

AM Overnight Shift:

12:00 AM - 6:00

AM Weekend Coverage:

24-hour operations with various shifts available Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. What You'll Do Monitor CCTV Maintain a safe and secure residential environment Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols Monitor resident and visitor activity Perform access control and verify authorized entry Respond professionally to disturbances, emergencies, and resident concerns Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports Use verbal de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts peacefully Build positive, respectful relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries What We're Looking For Professional, dependable, and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Calm under pressure with excellent judgment Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds Ability to de-escalate situations with professionalism and empathy Ability to stand, walk, and patrol throughout the shift Previous security, military, law enforcement, social services, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate.
