Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and contacting emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards. Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities. Maintain an authorized armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable guidelines, helping to support a professional environment during routine operations and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. An armed guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
