Employment Type Full-Time, Contract — contingent on contract award About the Role You'll support the G2's Special Security Office functions, ensuring proper handling, safeguarding, and accountability of sensitive intelligence information. What You'll Do Administer day-to-day Special Security Office (SSO) functions supporting access, indoctrination, and accountability. Process access requests, visit certifications, and indoctrination/debriefing actions in coordination with government security staff. Maintain personnel access rosters and required security documentation. Support facility physical security compliance and inspections. Advise assigned personnel on information handling, storage, and reporting requirements. What You'll Need Prior experience as a Special Security Representative, SSO Assistant, or equivalent security administration role. Working knowledge of applicable DoD/IC security policy and procedures. Active, in-scope

clearance required at time of hire — interim clearances are not accepted for this position. Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive personnel security information. U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks. Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter. If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training. Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment. No travel required for this position.
