Duties include perimeter patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, equipment protection, and FSIS-compliant protocols. Rotational 12-hour shifts (168 hrs/month average). Key Responsibilities Verify IDs at entry points; restrict access per USDA food defense guidelines. Hourly patrols of fencing, docks, and site; report incidents via logs/radio. Escort visitors; secure assets against theft/tampering. Coordinate with construction leads (e.g., Beck & Hofer) on emergencies. Requirements High school diploma; 1+ years security experience preferred. Valid SD driver's license. Physically fit; pass background/drug screen. Available days/nights/weekends. Competitive Compensation Hourly Rate Monthly (168 hrs) $18/hr (Entry Level) $22/hr (Experienced)
