Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at The Farms at Bailey Station in the US. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, staff, and visitors, aligning with our mission to provide compassionate senior care.

Schedule:

Monday Through Friday Hours :

7:00AM - 3:30PM Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the campus to ensure safety. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies. Enforce campus safety protocols and access controls. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary. Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs. Assist residents and staff with safety-related concerns. Conduct surveillance activities using CCTV systems. Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard property. Qualifications Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles. Certification in First Aid and CPR. Strong surveillance skills with CCTV systems knowledge. Excellent conflict management abilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies. Military experience is a plus but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
