Job Description:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Review s video and make s evidentiary recordings. Collect s and preserve s evidence until Company Investigator and/or law enforcement investigators arrive. Ensure s security equipment is working and in good order. Verif ies parking procedures are followed. Work s with security team to maintain and/or improve security operations. Travel s for training as needed. Willing to respond to incidents 24/7 as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 3 years experience in a security role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Strong written and verbal communication skills Good judgment and problem-solving ability Excellent attention to detail Diversity awareness, understanding, and respect for cultural differences. Good people skills and a position of authority Strategic thinking Strong understanding of door and video security systems Must be comfortable with public speaking. Must be self-motivated. Knowledge of camera hardware/software, access control hardware/software, Windows Operating Systems, and laptop and desktop hardware.

Work Environment :

Stand/Sit for long periods. Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs .
