PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures. Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions or policy concerns, and maintain accurate incident and activity documentation. Communicate professionally with healthcare personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while following post orders and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements. Must be able to work in hospital morgue areas. Must be able to restrain individuals as necessary. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
