Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or safety hazards. Control access points using access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations for visitors and staff. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established emergency response procedures, including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols. Write clear, detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety for all parties involved. Perform checks on visitors or contractors as needed to ensure compliance with security regulations. Requirements Proven experience in security roles or related fields such as military or law enforcement is highly desirable. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety is preferred; willingness to obtain these certifications is acceptable. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and conduct physical security tasks such as patrolling and manual handling. Strong communication skills for incident report writing, conflict management, and customer service interactions. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and compliance with security regulations is essential. Demonstrated ability to perform background checks and manage security protocols diligently.
