As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of retail sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading docks, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for suspicious activity, potential theft, policy violations, and hazards; document observations and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed. Maintain professional firearms proficiency and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas positions. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
