As an Armed Security Professional at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and Texas Level III Armed Certification. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, delivery areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. Maintain proficiency with assigned equipment and carry authorized firearms in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and site requirements. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
