Responsibilities Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter secured areas Conduct regular patrols of hospitality and travel facilities to identify safety or security risks Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and guest or staff concerns, escalating as needed Operate CCTV, access control, and communication systems in accordance with company protocols Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports for security and management review Provide professional, courteous assistance to guests and employees, promoting a safe environment Support emergency procedures, including evacuations, medical incidents, and law enforcement coordination Required Skills Access control and badge management CCTV and surveillance monitoring Incident reporting and documentation Patrol procedures (foot/vehicle) Emergency response and evacuation Customer service and guest relations Conflict de-escalation techniques Radio and security communication protocols Basic report writing and documentation software Basic knowledge of security and safety regulations
