Wand each individual of any contraband weapons or paraphernalia Respond promptly to emergency situations by following established procedures, including fire safety protocols, first aid administration, AED operation, and emergency response coordination. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy. Perform physical security tasks such as patrolling designated areas, heavy lifting when necessary, and manual handling of security equipment. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external assistance. Operate access control systems including biometric scanners, card readers, and Taser devices where applicable. Engage with visitors and staff through exceptional customer service while maintaining strict security protocols. Enforce compliance with all security regulations and company policies to uphold safety standards across the site. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, military service, law enforcement or related fields is highly desirable. Valid licensing or certification as a Commissioned Security Officer according to local regulations. Strong understanding of emergency response procedures including CPR, first aid, AED operation, and fire safety protocols. Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and manual handling safely. Excellent incident report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity. Skilled in conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies. Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and performing background checks when necessary.
