Duties Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance patrols to identify potential security threats or irregular activities. Control access points by verifying identities, performing background checks, and managing entry using access control systems. Respond swiftly to incidents by writing detailed incident reports, managing conflict de-escalation, and executing emergency response procedures including

CPR, AED

operation, and first aid. Conduct thorough security inspections, including manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and physical security checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, assisting in investigations or during emergency situations. Perform background checks on new personnel or visitors as part of the screening process to ensure a secure environment. Engage with visitors and staff through excellent customer service skills while maintaining a vigilant security presence. Qualifications Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in firearm handling, and conflict management is preferred. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV operation and incident report writing. Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent conflict de-escalation skills combined with the ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively. Familiarity with access control systems and compliance with security regulations is essential. Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties and respond rapidly during emergencies.
