```Duties```

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches
• Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire alarms, and take appropriate actions
• Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
• Perform Firewatch duties as needed ```Experience```
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and procedures
• Ability to perform CPR, first aid, and other emergency response procedures
• Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Excellent observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security risks
• Possession of relevant certificates or licenses (e.
