Full Job Description Services:

Monitoring Entrances and Exits:

Manage crowd flow, ensure guests enter and exit safely and quickly, especially in the case of an emergency.

Patrolling:

Assist the security teams by patrolling the arena, ensuring safety, preventing unauthorized access to restricted areas, preventing incidents from occurring, and watching for any disruptive behavior. Assisting Security Checks for

Prohibited Items :

Help with bag checks, metal detectors, wanding or other security measures as guests enter the venue.

Manage VIP or Special Access:

Handle issues that Ticket Takers may have regarding VIP passes or special access tickets, ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.

Provide Information:

Answer patron questions about seating, event schedules, and amenities. Assist with

Directions:

Guide attendees to their seats, restrooms, concessions, or exits.

Enforce Arena Policies :

Ensure attendees are adhering to arena rules, such as no outside food or drink, no large bags, or prohibited items.
