PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns for reporting. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, helping to support an orderly environment for patients, staff, and guests. Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A current CPR certification is preferred. A current guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
