Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. (C13489) Security Reconnaissance Team is hiring full-time and part-time Non-Commissioned / Level II (Unarmed) Security Officers for client sites in the Grand Prairie area. We are a Texas-based security company that values reliability, professional customer service, and clear communication. Officers help maintain a safe, secure environment through visible patrols, observation, accurate reporting, and consistent enforcement of site policies. What You'll Do Conduct routine foot patrols of assigned areas, including common areas, entrances, stairwells, parking areas, and restricted spaces Observe for suspicious activity, safety hazards, fire risks, or unauthorized individuals Keep doors and access points secure and follow client access-control procedures Report security, safety, and maintenance issues promptly Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance Complete clear, accurate reports Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the shift Work outdoors and remain visible on the property in varying weather conditions Requirements Valid Texas Level II Non-Commissioned (Unarmed) Security Officer license (required) Must be at least 21 years old Reliable transportation and a working cell phone Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written reports) Ability to pass a criminal background check Eligible to work in the United States Drug-free workplace Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable conducting foot patrols and working outdoors in heat, cold, and rain What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings account Employee assistance program Employee discount and referral program Company-provided uniforms Bi-weekly direct deposit Supportive team environment Work location: In person, Grand Prairie area Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
