Job Description
Job Description L4 Security & Consulting is currently seeking motivated individuals for Full time and Part Time on call Armed Security Officer / Unarmed Guard positions. The Security Officer will be responsible for patrolling and inspecting the organizations property against theft, fire, vandalism, and terrorism, as well as ensuring the safety of personnel and visitors while on or about the organization's premises. The Security Officer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment and access points, permitting entry. Making emergency notification to employees Assists in building evacuations in the event of fire, bomb threats or natural disaster. Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities: informing violators of policy and procedure Controlling and directing pedestrian and vehicular traffic to designated locations. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses. Maintaining secure environments by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls Maintain organizations stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. Maintains awareness and familiarity with the site-specific operations performance manual and post orders. Job/Skill Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age (unarmed) Must have a Texas DPS
- Private Security LEVEL 2 or 3 License High school diploma, GED or equivalent Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
