As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Hempstead, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and applicable emergency response activities at a utilities location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility operations areas, equipment locations, buildings, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken. Complete accurate patrol, incident, and daily activity reports, communicating observations involving facility infrastructure or electronic systems to site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
