Oscar Mike Security is hiring professional, dependable, and observant Texas Level III Commissioned SecurityOfficers to provide afternoon and overnight patrol services at the Winward HOA in the Katy area. This position requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Theselected officer will maintain a visible security presence, patrol the community, respond to calls for service,document incidents, and help protect residents, visitors, property, and community assets. Primary Responsibilities Conduct visible vehicle and foot patrols throughout the HOA community. Monitor entrances, streets, common areas, amenities, and other designated locations. Deter criminal activity, property damage, disturbances, trespassing, and HOA rule violations. Respond promptly and professionally to resident and management calls for service. Enforce HOA rules and property regulations within the officer's lawful authority. Observe, investigate, document, and report suspicious or unauthorized activity. Complete accurate incident, maintenance, and daily activity reports. Submit reports through the company's smartphone-based digital reporting system. Notify law enforcement, fire, EMS, property management, or company supervision when appropriate. Preserve incident scenes and cooperate with responding law-enforcement personnel. Follow all post orders, standard operating procedures, emergency protocols, and company policies. Maintain professional communication with residents, visitors, vendors, management, and first responders. Perform other security-related duties as assigned. Understanding of 10-codes or the language used by the actual patrol radio dispatcher. Must respond to Calls for Service or Incident Reporting. Must be able to communicate with Dispatch and LawEnforcementActive Texas DPS Level III Commissioned Security Officer license . High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Dependable transportation to and from the assigned property. Approved duty weapon, holster, and required duty gear. Working smartphone capable of operating the company's reporting application. Ability to work 12-hour afternoon/night shifts, including weekends and holidays when scheduled. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and detailed electronic reports. Ability to use a dispatch-controlled handheld radio. Working knowledge of Texas laws governing private security, use of force, detention, and citizen's arrest. Ability to exercise good judgment and take lawful, proportionate action when necessary. Ability to work independently and remain productive with limited supervision. Ability to communicate and cooperate professionally with law enforcement. Ability to remain alert while conducting overnight vehicle and foot patrols. Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and integrity at all times. Compliance with all current Texas DPS training, firearm-proficiency, defensive-tactics, and MMPI requirementsapplicable to commissioned security officers. Preferred Qualifications Previous HOA, residential-community, or mobile-patrol experience. Experience responding to dispatch calls for service. Experience writing electronic incident and activity reports. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification. Professional conflict-management and de-escalation experience. Patrol Experience. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods. Ability to conduct patrols outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to enter and exit a patrol vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to respond safely and effectively during emergencies. Ability to perform all required duties while wearing a complete duty uniform and equipment. Schedule Full-time and part-time overnight schedules are available.

Full-time:

Approximately three to four 12-hour shifts per week.

Part-time:

Approximately one to two 12-hour shifts per week. Officers must be dependable and available for the schedule accepted at the time of hire. Additional shifts may be available based on operational needs.
