Responsibilities Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry Conduct regular patrols of the facility's interior and exterior areas to identify potential security risks or hazards Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including conflicts or disturbances, using conflict management skills Provide first aid and CPR when necessary to assist injured individuals until professional help arrives Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper procedures are followed Requirements Proven experience in security services, law enforcement, military, or related fields with a focus on safety and protection Valid certification in CPR and First Aid; additional certifications in surveillance or CCTV operation are a plus Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies Ability to operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems effectively Excellent observation skills with keen attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing potentially volatile situations Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is our top priority!
