$18.50-$19.00/hr (based on shift/experience) Position Summary KP Staffing is hiring Security team members for an on-site facility in Hutchins, TX . This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role. You will help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring activity, controlling access, completing required logs, and responding to concerns professionally. Key Responsibilities Monitor entrances/exits and control access for employees, visitors, and deliveries Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas (interior/exterior as needed) Use a computer to enter and maintain accurate logs (visitor logs, incident reports, shift activity, etc.) Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations Provide professional customer service while enforcing site rules Follow emergency procedures and escalate issues to leadership as required Requirements / Qualifications Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (based on openings/availability) Comfortable using a computer (basic navigation and data entry) Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift Clear communication and professionalism Must be able to work on-site in Hutchins, TX
