Assignment-Based Start:

Immediate SOML Solutions Protective, LLC is seeking dependable and professional Level III Armed Security Officers for an immediate assignment in the Lubbock, Texas area. The Armed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through professional presence, observation, access control, patrol, and appropriate response to incidents. Officers are expected to remain alert, communicate effectively, follow post orders, and represent SOML professionally while on assignment. Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional armed security presence Monitor assigned areas for suspicious activity, safety concerns, or unauthorized access Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols as required Perform access control and monitor entry and exit points Observe, document, and report incidents or unusual activity Respond appropriately to security-related situations within assigned authority Complete accurate and timely incident and activity reports Follow site-specific post orders and SOML policies and procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, clients, and emergency personnel when necessary Maintain assigned equipment and required credentials while on duty Minimum Requirements Current Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer license Legally eligible to work armed security assignments in Texas Ability to provide required licensing and employment documentation Reliable transportation to and from the assigned location Reliable means of communication Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions Strong communication, judgment, and professionalism Must be able to meet assignment-specific scheduling requirements Must successfully complete any required screening or onboarding requirements Preferred Qualifications Previous armed security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or protective-services experience Experience with access control, patrol, or commercial security environments Current CPR/First Aid certification Schedule Schedules and shift lengths may vary based on operational and client needs. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
