Who We're Looking For:

Texas Level 3 Certified Armed Security Guard Strong communication and people skills

• Must interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and the public Detail-oriented and reliable
• We need individuals who take their job seriously Physically fit and alert
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including foot patrols Flexible availability
• Night shifts, weekends, and holidays Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) Valid driver's license Clean background check
• No felony, domestic violence, or misdemeanor assault convictions. Must not be on probation or parole. Military applicants
• Must provide DD214 with an honorable discharge Required Equipment Reliable transportation and communication device Registered, reliable firearm with Level 2 or 3 holster Body armor Duty belt

Pay:

Starting at $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to incidents, managing conflicts and providing first aid when necessary. Foot patrol tours of properties. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to detect and prevent unauthorized activities. Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and addressing their concerns. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents, reporting any irregularities to law enforcement, management, and maintenance when needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall security measures.
