We are hiring in Edcouch Elsa, Mercedes, San Benito, Harlingen, McAllen, Mission, & Olmito, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Estimated Start dates:

08/10/2026 or 08/17/ 2026 Duties Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the premises. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when necessary. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor during interactions with the public. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed during incidents. Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports. Assist in loss prevention strategies by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance equipment (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is a plus. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations. Must possess a valid security officer certification or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
