Mission, TX 78572 Pay $14.00 per hour Job Summary Baja Duty Free is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Mission, Texas. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced duty-free retail environment. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise and inventory
Prepare and stage products for delivery or store replenishment
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock control
Load and unload shipments while following safety procedures
Inspect merchandise for damages or discrepancies
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Support retail staff with product restocking as needed
Label, package, and move products throughout the warehouse
Follow company policies, procedures, and security protocols
Assist with general warehouse maintenance and operational tasks
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Drivers License required
Must pass a background check
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time
