Job Description

  • Looking to fill all positions as soon as 09/05/2026 We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lvl 3 Armed Security Officer to join our team in providing Armed Security at a various Bars and Event Venues located in the New Braunfels area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at these locations.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Show up on time and stay onsite the duration of the shift.
  • Walk designated areas to detect and prevent disturbances, or other criminal activities
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of patrons and staff
  • Enforce rules and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and venue policies
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed
  • Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
  • Provide professional customer service to patrons and staff at all times.
  • Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Lvl 3 armed security guard license issued in the State of Texas
  • Must provide your own equipment. i.e. Vest/plate carrier, Duty belt, Duty weapon, flashlight etc. NLS will provide company patches, "Security" Patches and Name Plate patches if needed.
  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Must be willing to work varying hours
  • Working Hours:
  • Hours vary depending on the needs of the sites but are typically 4-5 hours starting after 8pm. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Officer will also have opertunities to pick up shifts at
