6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Position Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Security Officer to provide security services at a corporate office environment in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure workplace while delivering exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. This position requires a polished appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally in a corporate setting. Responsibilities Conduct interior and exterior security patrols of the corporate facility. Monitor access control procedures and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises. Maintain a visible security presence and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Complete detailed reports and document security-related activities. Utilize computer systems to access security programs, complete reports, and document tours. Provide excellent customer service to employees, guests, and vendors. Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and policy violations. Follow all site-specific post orders and company procedures. Assist with incident response and emergency situations as required. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable military, law enforcement, or security experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including the ability to navigate security software and complete electronic reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Professional Requirements Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Required to wear a business suit while on duty. Ability to work effectively in a corporate office environment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a corporate, executive, or high-profile security environment. Familiarity with access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting systems. Military or security certifications are a plus.
