As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing high-level security measures, performing detailed patrols, and responding swiftly to incidents with professionalism and confidence. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patrols of the premises using CCTV systems and physical security checks to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities. Respond promptly to emergencies Write detailed incident reports documenting all security-related events accurately and clearly for future review. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies providing necessary information and support. Conduct conflict de-escalation techniques and manage disputes effectively to maintain a peaceful environment. Perform heavy lifting or physical tasks required for security setups or incident management while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in physical security roles, preferably with military or law enforcement background. Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and fire safety procedures. Strong knowledge of security regulations, compliance standards, and incident report writing best practices. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally. Physical fitness to stand, walk long distances, lift heavy objects safely, and respond swiftly during emergencies.
