As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and deliver outstanding customer service. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, perimeter, parking areas, access points, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to the property by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization as directed by site procedures, and reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required reports, logs, and electronic systems.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
