Join Arcovia Security Group Inc as a Security Officer in Spring, TX! This immediate opening offers an exciting opportunity to ensure safety and security while working in a dynamic environment. Arcovia Security Group Inc. is now hiring dependable and professional Security Officers for multiple posts starting next week. We are looking for officers who are reliable, alert, professional in appearance, and able to represent our company with excellence. We have several schedules available, including afternoon, overnight, weekday, weekend, and full-time coverage options. Available Schedules Post 1: 2:00 PM

• 6:00 PM 6 days per week Post 2: Monday

• Thursday:

  12:00 PM
• 6:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 3:00 AM Friday

• Sunday:

  12:00 PM
• 5:00 PM 10:00 PM
• 3:00 AM 7 days per week coverage Post 3: 10:00 AM
• 8:00 PM 7 days per week Post 4: 10:00 AM
• 8:00 PM Weekends only Responsibilities Officers will be responsible for maintaining a professional security presence, observing and reporting activity, conducting assigned patrols, monitoring property activity, enforcing site rules, and completing required reports.

Duties may include:

Standing or patrolling assigned post areas Monitoring entrances, exits, parking areas, and common areas Reporting suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents Completing daily activity reports and end-of-shift reports Following post orders and client instructions Providing professional customer service when interacting with residents, guests, staff, or the public Maintaining proper uniform appearance and company standards Requirements Must have a valid Texas security license Must be reliable and able to show up on time Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work assigned schedule Must have a professional attitude and appearance Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol as needed Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions Previous security experience preferred but not required for all posts Preferred Qualifications Level II or Level III Security License Prior patrol, HOA, commercial, retail, or event security experience Strong communication skills Ability to complete reports using a mobile app Flexible availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, or additional shifts
