PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a chemical and petrochemical location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Operate assigned armed post duties in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site procedures. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and request appropriate support when needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, operational areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Document patrols, incidents, access-related activity, and other security-related observations in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
