The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular inspections of premises, including checking for unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure comprehensive surveillance coverage. Provide first aid assistance when necessary and maintain first aid supplies. Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict resolution techniques as needed. Document incidents and prepare reports for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in security-related fields is advantageous (e.g., security guard certification). Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices.
