Position Type:
Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a client site in Wilmer, TX. This position is responsible for supervising security officers, ensuring compliance with site procedures, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage both security operations and officer performance while maintaining high service standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Security Operations Supervise and oversee daily security operations at the assigned site. Conduct routine site patrols to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity and promote site safety. Monitor site conditions and identify potential security or safety concerns. Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and unusual situations. Leadership & Staff Management Supervise and provide direction to assigned security officers. Ensure officers are following site post orders, company policies, and client requirements. Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational updates as needed. Assist with officer training, coaching, and development. Monitor attendance, appearance, and overall performance of security personnel. Address performance concerns and escalate issues through appropriate channels. Client Relations Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for security-related matters. Maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and site personnel. Ensure security services consistently meet client expectations and operational requirements. Communicate security concerns, incidents, and operational updates to management as required. Documentation & Reporting Complete and review incident reports, activity logs, and required documentation. Maintain accurate records of security activities and site operations. Utilize electronic reporting systems and security technology platforms efficiently. Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of security experience required. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Valid Driver's License preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Ability to effectively supervise personnel and maintain accountability. Professional appearance and demeanor. Technical Skills Candidates must be comfortable using technology and possess the ability to learn site-specific systems, including: Electronic reporting systems CCTV and surveillance systems Access control systems Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Security management software and reporting tools Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform routine foot patrols throughout the facility. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to respond quickly to incidents and emergencies. Ability to maintain constant situational awareness throughout the shift.
