GardaWorld Security Services U.S. seeks professional Security Guards to protect people, property, and critical operations for commercial, industrial, and government clients. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will conduct access control, patrols, monitoring, and incident response while enforcing site policies and safety standards. Responsibilities include report writing, radio communication, emergency response, and de-escalation. Responsibilities Monitor and control access to client sites and facilities Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, perimeters, and critical areas Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security breaches Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies according to post orders Use radios and security systems for communication and surveillance Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports Enforce client policies, procedures, and safety regulations Provide customer service and assist visitors, employees, and contractors Apply de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts professionally Coordinate with supervisors and public safety agencies when required Required Skills Access control Patrol procedures Incident reporting CCTV and surveillance monitoring Radio communication Emergency response De-escalation and conflict management Report writing and documentation Basic computer proficiency Knowledge of security and safety protocols
