Job Description Kearney & Company is currently seeking a Security / ATO Lead to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices. Job Duties Include but

Are Not Limited To:

Lead Contractor activities supporting the DON authorization/ATO process

Integrate security requirements into solution architecture and implementation planning

Coordinate security documentation and evidence

Support applicable NIST SP 800-53, DoD, Zero Trust, IL5, Section 508, cATO, and DevSecOps requirements

Maintain security dependencies and milestones within the IMS

Coordinate with Government security/authorization stakeholders

Identify security risks and remediation requirements

Support security testing and deployment-readiness activities

Advise the program on the future IL6/multi-domain roadmap

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity/security engineering experience

Demonstrated DoD RMF/ATO experience

Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and DoD cybersecurity requirements

Experience supporting cloud/SaaS authorization

Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC

Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Navy ATO/RMF experience
• IL5 cloud implementation experience
• cATO/DevSecOps experience

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
