DC Metropolitan Area (Washington DC, Maryland & Virginia) Overview NyxGlobal Security Service is actively hiring professional, dependable, and highly motivated individuals for the position of Regional Security Supervisor•Mid Atlantic . This position plays a critical operational leadership role within our organization and is responsible for conducting site visits, officer audits, inspections, field training, operational oversight, and emergency response support across our residential, commercial, diplomatic, retail, hospitality, and corporate accounts throughout Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. Coverage areas include, but are not limited to: Sterling Reston Herndon Tysons Corner Arlington Alexandria Fairfax Washington DC Gaithersburg Area Surrounding Mid-Atlantic Regions Join our growing security team and become a vital part of maintaining safe, secure, and professionally operated client properties while supporting field officers and operational management. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct site inspections, patrol audits, and operational reviews Inspect security officers' appearance, professionalism, performance, and compliance Prepare detailed reports regarding audits, observations, incidents, and operational concerns Ensure officers are adhering to company policies, post orders, and client expectations Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, client concerns, and operational issues Serve as the primary field point of contact for assigned officers and sites Follow up on tardiness, attendance concerns, call-outs, and staffing shortages Train newly hired officers and retrain current officers as needed Conduct performance coaching and field guidance Cover shifts, emergency call-outs, and last-minute schedule changes when necessary Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or security risks Inspect patrol vehicles and refuel vehicles as needed Maintain communication with management regarding field operations and incidents Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all field activities Contact law enforcement, fire department, EMS, or property management when appropriate Maintain a professional appearance, punctual attendance, and leadership presence at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Prior security, supervisory, military, or law enforcement experience preferred Valid security license preferred: DCJS License DC SPO or S/O License Maryland Guard Card Valid driver's license Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to effectively train, supervise, and guide officers Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Reliable transportation is

Ability to work independently and respond to operational issues professionally Must pass background screening Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Experience Prior experience in security operations, field supervision, law enforcement, military service, hospitality security, or related fields Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance technologies Strong report-writing and documentation skills Knowledge of loss prevention and safety procedures First Aid and CPR certifications preferred Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Experience handling client relations and operational coordination is highly desirable Available Shifts Mid-Day Shift Evening Shift Overnight Shift Weekends Required Flexible Scheduling Why Join NYX Global LLC?
