Job Description

Summary Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail- oriented Security Control Center Operator to support security operations for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position plays a critical role in monitoring security systems, coordinating emergency communications, and supporting incident response activities that help protect MDA personnel, facilities, and resources. The ideal candidate is alert, customer-focused, and capable of remaining calm in high-pressure situations. This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical security operations, work with advanced security technologies, and contribute directly to the safety and security of government facilities and personnel Responsibilities Monitor integrated electronic security systems and serve as the primary communications point for security and emergency operations. Coordinate response activities for security incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations. Dispatch security personnel and resources to incident locations as required. Maintain situational awareness of on-duty personnel and operational activities. Monitor intrusion detection, access control, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. Communicate security, medical, fire, and emergency information to appropriate personnel and agencies. Support emergency response operations and assist first responders as directed. Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and incident documentation. Develop and maintain attendance rosters, activity reports, and after-action documentation for special events as required. Provide professional customer service while interacting with employees, contractors, visitors, and government personnel. Support compliance with established security procedures, operational requirements, and emergency response protocols. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of six (6) months of alarm monitoring experience or one (1) year of experience in access control, security operations, or a related field. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Must possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid certifications. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and apply written policies, procedures, instructions, and training materials.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must know a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Outlook Estimated Salary/Wage USD $26.27/Yr.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of six (6) months of alarm monitoring experience or one (1) year of experience in access control, security operations, or a related field. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Must possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid certifications. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and apply written policies, procedures, instructions, and training materials.
