AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and hazards.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and reporting requirements.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.

Maintain readiness and responsible handling of assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, training, and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Be a graduate of a Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Baton certification is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
