The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring access to the community, maintaining a safe environment, and providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access at the gated community entrance. Verify residents, visitors, vendors, and guests as required. Patrol assigned areas and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
