Full Job Description Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and maintain security databases, records, pocket handbooks, and department materials. Maintain all databases (Individual key and lock log, key and lock inventory, alarms, key and lock destruction logs and key matrix). Maintain eviction database and iTrak evictions. Maintain log of individuals enrolled in the Virginia State Voluntary Self-Exclusion List. Ban evicted persons in iTrak; maintain involuntary exclusion database. Write and send return letters to evicted patrons. Handle incoming calls, emails, or letters on evicted patrons wanting to return. Order from vendors - radios, keys, locks, etc. Maintain adequate inventory of necessary supplies. Maintain records of ordered supplies. Maintain records for Keys and Locks. Add users, keys, and groups and run reports. Place key rings in service and destroy key rings when necessary. Place new hires into the Key system. Maintain an active list of all Security personnel with their hire date and birthday. Provide training to security officers as needed. Maintain oversight of Lost & Found database and inventory. Log incoming and outgoing property. Reconcile all Lost & Found Signed/Returned Item Reports. Oversight of Vendor and Visitor Sign In and Out log. Provide training on all security systems. Submit Facilities repair tickets for the department. Provide Training Packets for new hires and maintain administrative records. Issue new hire equipment. Provide training for officers on Fire Panel operation. Maintain up to date instructions at the Fire Panel. Miscellaneous Administrative support for Security Director and Manager. Answers security calls and dispatches officers to assist per departmental standards and protocols. Responds to emergencies in accordance with established procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Six months or more security experience required; Two years security administrative experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses, and/or
Registrations:
Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
Virginia Unarmed Security License Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be able to form and build long-standing relations with established and new guests/players. Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience with iTrak preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Ability to communicate with team members and guests. Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Strong problem solving and listening skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously. Able to function in a fast paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines. Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment. Frequently required to stoop, and kneel. Must occasionally move and lift up to 25 pounds.
