You will be the first line of defense, ensuring safety protocols are followed and emergencies are managed efficiently. Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and prevent incidents. Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or security breaches. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Enforce safety policies and procedures while managing conflicts or disturbances professionally. Document all security activities through detailed reports, incident logs, and shift summaries. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism and reporting findings accordingly. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods comfortably. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring environments.
