Schedule & Availability:

Must be able to start Oct 5th Full time hours Monday to Friday Candidates must be able to reliably commit to the required schedule.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible and professional security presence Monitor the property and surrounding areas Conduct regular patrols Report suspicious activity, security issues, or safety concerns Respond appropriately to incidents when required Complete basic incident and shift reports Provide professional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors

Requirements:

Valid Washington State Security Guard License or ability to obtain one Reliable transportation Professional appearance and strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to stand, walk, and conduct patrols for extended periods
