Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Role in Everett, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a government utility location, where you will help monitor and patrol assigned areas by vehicle and on foot, support daily operations, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing activity, verifying permissions when required, and documenting relevant interactions. Support Allied Universal and site personnel during alarms, disturbances, weather-related events, and/or other service interruptions by following post orders and communicating updates as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have customer service experience, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
